Invitation: ‘Disease risks to Scottish livestock: what’s on the radar?’ RHS 2019 Event

EPIC Centre of Expertise on Animal Disease Outbreaks would like to invite you to attend ‘Disease risks to Scottish livestock: what’s on the radar?’, an event we are organising at this year’s Royal Highland Show on Thursday 20th June 2019 from 13:30-14:30 in the Scottish Government Pavilion.

The event brings together EPIC, APHA, SRUC and Scottish Government to discuss global disease threats to Scotland’s livestock industries.

Due to limited capacity at the venue, attendance is via ticket only. Please click on the Eventbrite link  to obtain your Free ticket. Please note, attendance of this event also requires entry to the Royal Highland Show.

The event is aimed at organisations representing the livestock industry whose members could be impacted by a livestock disease outbreak. We would welcome and encourage you to share the invitation with others who may be interested within your organisation. Each speaker will be sharing key messages relevant to the livestock industries. Please also feel free to promote the event more widely, although we would ask you to emphasise the requirement to apply for the free event tickets.

We also have a presence through-out the show in the SAOS building which is ringside near NFUS. Catch-up with last years EPIC stand Royal Highland Show here.
